Tax Credit Applications & Benefits Check Ups

Renting or owning a home in Maryland is expensive. While rents and property taxes have risen exponentially over the last few decades, wages simply have not kept up. That’s why Maryland established the Renters’ and Homeowners’ Tax Credits – to help low-income folks keep with up with the sky-rocketing costs of living in our state.

Financial Coaching & Counseling

Our Securing Older Adult Resources (SOAR) program supports older adults financial well-being through hands-on counseling and coaching. Our SOAR Financial Counselor works with clients to conduct benefits check ups and reach financial goals through financial coaching and counseling.
