Low Cost Auto Insurance Program

HB 660 was heard in the House Economic Matters Committee on February 20th. The bill creates a low cost auto insurance program in Prince George’s and Baltimore City for low income drivers with no DUIs and no points on their records. The goal of this legislation is to increase the number of insured Maryland drivers by making insurance more affordable.

SB 934 will be heard in Senate Finance on March 4th.
